Terms & Conditions

• Academic Criteria: Qualifications must be from HEC/PEC/NCEAC recognized institutions with HEC/IBCC equivalence for foreign degrees. Only one second division is allowed from Matric onwards.

• Service Rules: Serving employees must submit an NOC from their current employer and resign upon selection (no deputation/EOL). Persons on LPR are ineligible.

• Ex-Govt. / Armed Forces: Retired personnel must submit attested copies of retirement orders, LPC, and HQ NOCs. Age relaxation applies per Govt. rules.

• General: The post is Islamabad-based. Only shortlisted candidates will be interviewed without TA/DA. IST reserves all recruitment rights.
