Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control has announced exciting career opportunities for Executive Staff positions in the Islamabad Capital Territory Police (Dolphin Force). Applications are invited from eligible Pakistani national male and female candidates to fill vacant posts on a provincial and regional quota basis to ensure merit and transparency.

List of Vacancies & Eligibility Details

1. Sub Inspector (BS-14) – 02 Posts

• Quota Breakdown:

  • Open Merit: 02 Posts (General).

  • ICT: 00 Posts.

  • Punjab: 00 Posts.

• Age Limit: 18–25 years (Upper age relaxation of 05 years as per Federal Govt Rules shall be applicable).

• Educational Qualification: 2nd Class or Grade "C" Bachelor's degree (02 years) or post-Intermediate Associate Degree or BS (04 years) degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university

• Physical Standards:

  • Height: 5'7" for male candidates; 5'2" for female candidates.

  • Chest: 33"–34 ½" (for male candidates only).

  • Vision Standards: 6/6 with or without glasses; Near vision not less than J-1.

  • Endurance Test / Running: Male candidates must complete 1.5 kilometers in 07 minutes; Female candidates must complete 1.5 kilometers in 10 minutes.

2. Assistant Sub Inspector (BS-11) – 08 Posts

  • KPK: 01 General, 00 Women, 00 Minorities (Total: 01).

  • Balochistan: 00 Posts.

  • FATA: 03 General, 01 Women, 00 Minorities (Total: 04)

• Educational Qualification: Matriculation from a recognized board

• Physical Standards:

  • Height: 5'7" for male candidates; 5'2" for female candidates

  • Chest: 33"–34 ½" (for male candidates only)

  • Vision Standards: 6/6 with or without glasses; Near vision not less than J-1

  • Endurance Test / Running: Male candidates must complete 1.5 kilometers in 07 minutes; Female candidates must complete 1.5 kilometers in 10 minutes

Mandatory Requirements & Documents

 

Candidates must produce the following original certificates/documents at the time of interview

1. CNIC issued by NADRA 

2. Academic certificates

3. Domicile certificate

4. 02 passport-size photographs with blue background

5. Affidavit duly countersigned by respective Deputy Commissioner (in case of applying against non-Muslim/minority quota)

Terms & Conditions

 

• No Physical Relaxation: No relaxation in height and chest measurement shall be granted to any candidate

• Application Fee: Each applicant must pay a processing fee of Rs. 2000/- per application/post applied. Payment can be made via 24-digit PSID through 1Link/1Bill Service (ATM, Internet Banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash, U-Paisa, TimePay)}. Fee is non-refundable

• Single Physical Test: Candidates applying for multiple posts will have to take the physical test only once

• Criminal Record & Affidavit: Candidates must declare any criminal record or FIR status on the application portal and submit an affidavit during the interview}. Provision of false information will lead to cancellation of candidature and prosecution under Section 420/468/471 PPC (punishable up to 7 years imprisonment)

• Transgender Applicants: Can apply as per self-perceived gender identity in accordance with the Transgender Persons Act, 2018

• Government Servants: Must apply through proper channels with requisite NOC/permission

• Police Family Claims: Applicants claiming quota as children/grandchildren of serving/retired/deceased police employees must provide complete documentation (FRC, pension book, retirement order) at the interview

• Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to a medical examination by the authorized Civil Surgeon/Medical Board (candidates having Hepatitis B/C or other perpetual ailments will be disqualified

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for any stage of test/interview

2. Fill out the online registration form accurately

3. Generate the 24-digit PSID and deposit the Rs. 2000/- processing fee via 1Link/1Bill payment channels

4. Applications submitted by hand, courier, or any channel other than the online portal will not be entertained. Do not send hard copies, photos, or documents by post until the interview stage
