Terms & Conditions

• Application Fee: Candidates must deposit a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- in Account MCA No. 231098405, Code No: 54 at any UBL branch.

• Academic Criteria: A CGPA of less than 3.00 out of 4.00 shall be considered a second division. No 3rd division is allowed in the entire academic career.

• Level Allocation: Candidates with BS/MA/MSc (16-years education) will be considered for teaching at the Inter-level only.

• Age Limit: The upper age limit for applicants is 65 years.

• Foreign Degrees: Applicants holding degrees from foreign institutions must provide an HEC Equivalence Certificate.

• In-Service Candidates: Servicing employees must apply through the proper channel along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.

• Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.

• Rights Reserved: Errors and omissions, if any, are subject to rectification by the University.

Test / Interview Schedule

Screening tests, demonstrations, and interviews will take place at 09:00 AM in the concerned departments on the following dates:

• Tuesday, 11th August, 2026: Botany, Chemistry, English, Mathematics, Education, Islamic Theology

• Wednesday, 12th August, 2026: Management Science, Omics Sciences, Physics, Psychology

• Thursday, 13th August, 2026: Political Science, Sociology, Statistics, Urdu, Zoology, ICS

How to Apply

1. Write an application on plain paper.

2. Attach the original bank deposit receipt (Rs. 500/-).

3. Attach attested copies of educational testimonials, experience certificates (if any), CNIC, and a recent passport-size photograph.

4. Submit the application package directly to the office of the Chairman/HOD of the concerned department(s) at Islamia College Peshawar.
