Terms & Conditions

• Contract Nature: All appointments are strictly on a lump-sum contract (tenure) basis for a period of three years.

• Government Servants: Candidates already working as government servants must apply through the proper channel.

• Verification: Appointments are subject to the verification of educational degrees and experience certificates, with the verification costs to be borne entirely by the candidate.

• Equivalence Certificates: Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must provide an official equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or PMDC (erstwhile PMC). Failure to provide this at the time of the interview will result in the cancellation of candidature.

• Quota Policy: Quotas will be strictly observed as per Government rules, including a 5% quota for minorities and a 3% quota for persons with disabilities.

• Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview stage. No TA/DA will be admissible for any test or interview.

• Authority Rights: The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel, increase, or decrease the number of advertised posts at any stage without assigning any reason.

• Grievance Redressal: Candidates having any grievances at any stage may submit a written application to the Dean within 03 days after the display of the list on the JIC website or notice board.
