Experience Requirements

• GM Design: Minimum 15 years in architectural design and planning, preferably in healthcare or large institutional projects.

• Manager Positions: Typically require 05 to 10 years of relevant experience in their respective fields (HR, Finance, or Communications).

• Engineering Roles: Require 12 years of experience for MEP and Structural Engineering roles, specifically within large-scale healthcare or complex building projects.

• Support Staff: Drivers must have 15 years of relevant experience in reputed organizations. Office Boys require experience in office management.
