Detailed Eligibility Requirements

Selection Procedure & Test Pattern
The selection process is rigorous and designed to find the most capable healthcare professionals:

Preliminary Test: This includes an Intelligence Test (Verbal and Non-Verbal) and an Academic Test covering nursing-related subjects.

Initial Medical Exam: Candidates who pass the written test undergo a basic medical screening at the recruitment center.

GHQ Selection Board Interview: Successful candidates from the preliminary stages are called for a final interview by the GHQ Selection Board.

Final Merit: The final selection is based on the candidate's overall performance in tests, interviews, and medical fitness.
Mandatory Documents for Verification
When reporting to the AS&RC for your test or registration, you must carry the following:

Original Certificates: Detailed marks sheets and educational degrees (Matric, FSc, BSc Nursing).

Attested Copies: Two sets of attested photocopies of all educational documents.

CNIC/B-Form: A computerized National Identity Card (Smart Card) is required; old CNICs are not accepted.

Photographs: 6x attested passport-sized color photographs (attested on both front and back).

NOC: For those already serving in government departments, a No Objection Certificate from the current employer is required.

Upon successful completion of the induction process, candidates are granted the rank of Lieutenant. To ensure commitment to the service, finally selected candidates are required to sign a legal bond to serve the Pakistan Army for a minimum period of ten years.
