Pakistan Army has announced exciting career opportunities for dedicated citizens looking to serve the nation. Online registration and recruitment for Junior Commissioned Officers (Naib Khateeb) and various Soldier categories will take place from 01 September 2026 to 23 November 2026. Candidates from Pakistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) can apply according to the eligibility parameters detailed below.

List of Vacancies with Details

• Junior Commissioned Officer (Naib Khateeb):

  • Age Limit: 20 to 28 years (as of 24 November 2026). For candidates already serving in the Army, the age limit is 22 to 35 years with 1 to 16 years of service.

  • Qualification: Dars-e-Nizami (Shahadat-ul-Aalamia) certified by HEC, minimum Intermediate (or equivalent), and fluency in Arabic along with recitation skills.

  • Height: Minimum 5 feet 3 inches ($160\text{ cm}$).

• Sipahi General Duty (GD) / Driver Sipahi:

  • Age Limit: 17.5 to 23 years (as of 24 November 2026).

  • Qualification: Minimum Matriculation or higher. Candidates with driving licenses get preference for Driver roles.

  • Height: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches ($167.5\text{ cm}$).

• Sipahi Technical:

  • Age Limit: 17.5 to 23 years (as of 24 November 2026).

  • Qualification: Minimum Matriculation (F.Sc / FA or higher gets preference).

  • Height: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches ($167.5\text{ cm}$).

• Sipahi Military Police (MP):

  • Age Limit: 17.5 to 23 years (as of 24 November 2026).

  • Qualification: Minimum Matriculation or higher.

  • Height: Minimum 5 feet 8 inches ($173\text{ cm}$).

• Sipahi Clerk:

  • Age Limit: 17.5 to 23 years (as of 24 November 2026).

  • Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (Grade C), with priority given to computer diploma holders and higher qualifications. Candidates from merged KPK districts and GB require minimum Intermediate (Grade D).

  • Height: Minimum 5 feet 3 inches ($160\text{ cm}$).

• Sipahi Cook:

  • Age Limit: 17.5 to 23 years (as of 24 November 2026).

  • Qualification: Minimum Middle; candidates with cooking experience will be given preference.

  • Height: Minimum 5 feet 3 inches ($160\text{ cm}$).

• Sanitary Worker:

  • Age Limit: 17.5 to 35 years (as of 24 November 2026).

  • Qualification: Uneducated / Literate (maximum Primary).

  • Height: Minimum 5 feet 3 inches ($160\text{ cm}$).

Terms & Conditions

• Marital Status: Unmarried candidates are eligible (not applicable to Naib Khateeb).

• Job Nature: All Sipahi posts, including Sanitary Worker and Cook, are pensionable service positions.

• Age Relaxation Rules:

  • 1-year age relaxation for Graduates or higher qualification holders.

  • 2-year age relaxation for relatives of Shuhada/war injured.

  • 3-year age relaxation for candidates from Balochistan, GB, AJK, and merged KPK districts.

• Height Relaxation: Special height concessions are available for candidates belonging to Balochistan, GB, merged districts of KPK, and children of Shuhada (except for Sanitary Workers, Cooks, and Clerks).

• Quota: Quota is reserved for non-Muslim minorities.

Required Documents

• Original educational certificates along with two sets of attested photocopies.

• 4 passport-size photographs.

• Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or Smart Form-B.

• Domicile certificate and permanent residence certificate (State subject certificate for AJK candidates).

• Specific documents for candidates claiming age or height relaxations.

How to Apply

• Online Registration (For Soldiers): Visit the official Pakistan Army website at www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk between 01 September 2026 and 16 November 2026.

• In-Person Registration (For JCO & Soldiers): Candidates for JCO (Naib Khateeb) must submit their application forms directly at the designated Army Selection and Recruitment Centers (AS&RC).

• Recruitment Centers: Registration can be completed in-person at AS&RCs located in Gilgit, Peshawar, D.I. Khan, Muzaffarabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Quetta, Khuzdar, Turbat, Bannu, Sadiqabad, Hyderabad, and Karachi between 01 September 2026 and 23 November 2026.
