The Pakistan Navy is recruiting candidates for the following specialized branches:

 

1. Technical Branch

• Matric (Science) with 65% or more marks

• Age: 16–20 years

• Height: 5′4″ (162.5 cm)

• Work on engines, machinery, electrical systems

• Operate & maintain ship technical equipment

• Core engineering support branch

2. Female Medical Technician (FMT)

• Only for females

• Matric (Science – Biology) with 65%+ marks

• Age: 16–20 years

• Height approx: 5′0″

• Assist doctors, nursing tasks, medical record handling

• Serve at naval hospitals & clinics

3. Naval Police / Regulating Branch

• Matric (Science/Arts) with 60%+ marks

• Age: 16–20 years

• Height: 5′7″ (170 cm)

• Internal security, discipline, access control

• Guard duties & law-enforcement inside Navy bases

• Manage movement, checks & drills

4. Marine Branch

• Matric (Science) with 60%+

• Age: 17–21 years

• Height: 5′6″ (167.5 cm)

• Serve at sea on ships & bases

• Maritime security & boarding operations

• Physically challenging & frontline role

5. Naib Khateeb Branch

• Matric + Dars-e-Nizami / Religious Sanad

• Middle / Matric (any level accepted)

• Cleaning & sanitation duties

• Maintain hygiene in bases & ships

10. PT (Physical Training) Branch

• Matric (Science/Arts) — approx 60%

• Age: 16–20 years

11. IT Branch (Direct Entry Sailor – IT / Computer / Technical Trades)

Eligibility

• Education (varies by sub-category):

  • Matric (Science) + DAE in

    • IT / Computer Technology

    • Electronics / Telecom / Electrical
      OR

  • Intermediate + ICT Diploma
    OR

  • BSc / BS (Computer Science / IT) for higher technical sub-categories

• Marks requirement: Usually minimum 50–60%, higher for advanced categories

  • Generally 18–22 years for DAE holders

  • Up to 25–30+ years for BSc/BS (depending on category)

Duties / Role
