The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), under the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, has announced exciting new employment opportunities for the year 2026. Under the provisions of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, residents of respective Tehsils from districts including Gujranwala, Kasur, Narowal, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, and Lahore are invited to appear for a walk-in test and interview.

Candidates possessing an Intermediate qualification or equivalent, along with data entry skills, can directly participate in the recruitment process at the designated venue in Lahore.

Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility by Residency: Only residents from the respective Tehsils as per their CNIC/Domicile will be allowed to participate in the Test & Interview.

• Fresh Graduates: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply for these positions.

• Probation Period: The selected candidates will undergo a 6-month probation period, which is extendable subject to their performance.

• Age Relaxation: A 5-year general age relaxation is already included in the maximum age limit of 25 years. No further requests for age relaxation will be entertained.

• Government Employees: Candidates serving in Government or Semi-Government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the test.

• Document Attestation: Attested degrees/certificates from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or respective educational boards must be presented during the interview.

• Selection & Medical Fitness: Only shortlisted candidates after qualifying the initial test will be called for the interview. Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

• Disqualification: Any candidate who provides false information at any stage will be immediately disqualified.

• Station Posting: The appointment is being made against specific locations; therefore, no requests for transfers will be entertained.

• Prohibited Items: Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones and smartwatches are strictly prohibited during the test/interview.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the Test & Interview.

• Diversity and Inclusion: Females, minorities, transgenders, and differently-abled candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Nature of Job: Selection shall neither confer any entitlement of permanent appointment nor will the positions be regularized.

• Management Rights: The management reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process and accept/reject any application at any stage without assigning any reason.

Since this is a walk-in recruitment process, there is no need to mail hard copies of applications beforehand. Eligible candidates must follow these steps:

1. Review Schedule: Check the exact test date, day, and registration time specified for your respective Tehsil/District in the advertisement.

2. Prepare Documents: Bring all original personal, educational, and professional documents/certificates along with you. Late arrivals or requests after the lapse of specified registration times will not be entertained.

3. Visit Portal for Materials: Candidates can visit https://careers.nadra.gov.pk/ to view sample tests and application guides under the Downloads section.

4. Walk-In Venue: Report directly to the following address on your scheduled date:

   NADRA Regional Head Office Lahore, Plot No. 73, Trade Centre Block, M.A Johar Town, Lahore.

Last Date to Apply (Test & Interview Schedule)

The registration and test schedules are divided into phases based on the candidates' respective locations:

• For Gujranwala, Kasur, Narowal, and Sheikhupura Residents: The Test Date & Registration Time is Monday, 20th July, 2026 (from 08:30 AM to 12:00 PM).

• For Sialkot and Lahore Residents: The Test Date & Registration Time is Tuesday, 21st July, 2026 (from 08:30 AM to 12:00 PM).

• Interview Date (For All Shortlisted Candidates): The interviews will be conducted on Wednesday, 22nd July, 2026, starting from 08:30 AM onwards.
