• Qualification & Experience: Candidates must hold a minimum M.Phil / Master's degree (minimum 2nd division) with higher education given preference, while 3rd division degree holders will not be considered. Applicants need at least 10 years of experience as a Principal in a well-reputed school or college, strong leadership, administrative capabilities, good knowledge of the Punjab educational system, and excellent English communication and computer skills.

• Age Limit: The eligible age limit is 45 to 55 years.
