• 01 Director Programs & Research: MS/MPhil in Social Sciences & Humanities with 5–10 years of experience and proven expertise in program design, project management, and policy research.

• 01 Personal Staff to Executive Director: MA/MS/MPhil in Social Sciences with 3–8 years of experience as an executive assistant or staff officer.

• 01 Administration and HR Officer: BBA/MBA in HRM or Business Administration with 3–8 years of experience in HR operations and administration.

• 01 Accounts Officer: BCoM/BBA/BS in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting with 3–8 years of experience in bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.

• 01 Research Officer-I (Democracy & Federalism): MA/MSc/MPhil in Social Sciences & Humanities with 3–8 years of experience in research, policy analysis, and report writing.

• 01 Research Officer-II (Constitutional Affairs & Law): LLB/LLM with 3–8 years of experience in constitutional rights, human rights, and legislative research.

• 01 Research Officer-III (Digital Media Lead): MS/MSc in IT or Digital/Media Studies with 3–8 years of experience managing virtual institutional images and social media handles.

• 01 Digital Expert (Videographer-Video Editor): BS/MS in Visual Arts, Digital Media, or Media Studies with 3–8 years of experience in videography, video editing, and motion graphics.

• 01 Research Intern-Media Studies Journalism: BS/BA in Media Studies Journalism; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for skills in digital media and basic video editing.

• 01 Research Intern (General): BA/BS/BCS in Humanities or Social Sciences; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for basic research, communication, and report writing.

• 01 Front Desk Person: BA/Intermediate with 25–45 years age limit and organizational experience, possessing an excellent command of Urdu and English communication.

• As required Support Staff Driver/Guards/Office Boy/Office Cleaner/Office Lady/Cook/Messenger/Watchman: Primary/Middle/Matriculation qualification with relevant experience or driving license; guards preferably ex-servicemen.

General Terms & Conditions

• Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential for all candidates.

• Age, qualification, and experience relaxations may be granted for exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates as per organizational policy.

• Recruitment will be undertaken in a transparent, accessible, and strictly merit-based manner through the competent Selection Committee.

• Appointment will be on a 3 to 6-month probationary basis, with continuation into a 1-year contract subject to satisfactory performance measured against role-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.
