Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifications: Must meet the criteria prescribed by PM&DC / HEC.

• Registration: Applicants must hold a valid registration with PMC / PM&DC.

• Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

4. Two reference letters.
