The Sindh Mass Transit Authority (SMTA), Transport and Mass Transit Department, Government of Sindh, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified professionals for the Karachi Mobility Project. The project is funded by an international donor agency and aims to transform urban public transport infrastructure in Karachi.

This project-based contract position offers an opportunity for experienced civil engineering and contract administration professionals to contribute to major urban mobility infrastructure initiatives in Sindh.

• Nature of Appointment: The advertised post is purely temporary / contractual, extendable annually subject to satisfactory performance and project funding.

• Regularization Claims: Candidates will have no right to claim permanent recruitment or regularization under any existing or future government employment policy.

• Selection Scrutiny: Final selection will be strictly on merit, subject to necessary verification by the donor funding agency.

• Shortlisting & Remuneration: Only shortlisted candidates meeting the minimum qualification and experience criteria will be called for interviews. Successful candidates will be offered a competitive market-based compensation package as per donor/government guidelines.

• Domicile Policy: The Sindh Domicile Policy / Rules of the Government of Sindh will strictly apply.
