Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this prestigious role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Educational Background: Master’s degree in Law (LLM) from a recognized university (foreign qualifications preferred).

• Legal Standing: Must be an Enrolled Advocate in the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

• Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience with specific expertise in Corporate, Maritime, Constitutional, and Civil Law.

• Key Competencies: Proven experience in litigation management (High Courts/Supreme Court), ADR, infrastructure-related legal matters, and contract handling (PPPs, concessions, and arbitration).

• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years (inclusive of a 5-year general age relaxation).
