We are offering Paid Internship opportunities to bright and fresh Graduates and Diploma Holders; having first class academic career in the following disciplines:

• BE Mechanical: Industrial Electrical. Mechatronics, Naval Architecture and Computer or Software Engineering (individuals must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council)
• DAE (03 Years) Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HV&AC and Electronics

Our program offers excellent training opportunities and hands-on experience to the qualified youth, besides sharpening their skills which will be helpful for their future employment. The selected candidates will undergo internship for a period of 6 months and upon completion; KS&EW may offer status of Management Trainee Officer (MTO) and Management Trainee Supervisor (MTS) for further 6 months purely based on performance as well as HR needs. Selected MTOsIMTSs may be offered contract job at KS&EW after necessary performance evaluation and HR needs. Suitable monthly stipend will be paid to each intern, depending on overall performance during internship and MTOIMTS duration. Subsidized food and medical facility within the yard shall be extended to all internees.

Eligibility 

• Candidates must have completed 16 years of education or any equivalent degree from any HEC recognized University with 2.5 CPGA in their last Bachelor's Degree. 
• Graduate must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), and present proof of the same. • Candidates must have D.A.E Pass Certificate from recognized Technical Board with 'A" Grade.
• Maximum age limit for all candidates is 30 years. Cutoff date for age limit is 01-July-2024.
• Candidate must be a citizen of Pakistan.

Ineligibility 

• Employees (full time /part time) of any Public or Private sector.
• Students — (fulltimel part time) of any Public or Private educational Institutes.
