General Eligibility Criteria

• Academic Criteria:

  • Managerial / Engineering Roles: BE / BSc / Equivalent degree in relevant engineering fields (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Material, Marine) registered with PEC OR DAE / B.Tech from a recognized institution.

  • Supervisory / Technical Roles: DAE in relevant technology (HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical) from a recognized institution.

  • Trade Roles: Middle / Matriculation qualification.

• Experience Requirements: Ranges from 02–03 years of hands-on experience for trade roles up to 05–15 years of proven experience for managerial and supervisory positions (preferably in Shipbuilding, Ship Repair, Marine, or Heavy Engineering environments).

• Age Limits:

  • Manager / DM (Welding): Up to 55 years.

  • All Other Positions: Up to 45 years.

  • Note: Age relaxation will be granted to outstanding candidates.
