General Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualifications:

  • General Manager (HR): Minimum Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. Master's degree / MBA with specialization in HR preferred.

  • AM (Spot Purchase): Graduation or Intermediate from a recognized institution.

  • Office Assistant: Graduate from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Experience Requirements:

  • General Manager (HR): Minimum 20 years of progressive professional experience in HR, including at least 05–07 years in senior management/leadership positions in large, complex, or multi-site organizations.

  • AM (Spot Purchase): Minimum 03 years' experience for Graduates, or 10–15 years for Intermediate candidates (procurement experience in reputable Govt organizations/SOEs preferred).

  • Office Assistant: At least 03 years of experience in office administration, record keeping, document control, and proficiency in MS Office/ERP/IFS.

• Age Limits:

  • General Manager (HR): Up to 55 years (Relaxable for outstanding candidates).

  • AM (Spot Purchase): Up to 55 years.

  • Office Assistant: Up to 45 years.
