This contractual post has been created to lead KCBL's institutional transformation and prepare the institution for transition into a Scheduled Bank regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).

• Advisor / Transformation Lead: Requires 20+ years of senior-level central/commercial banking experience to lead organizational restructuring, regulatory compliance, and SBP licensing.

• Location & Contract: Posted in Gilgit, Gilgit-Baltistan on a 1-year extendable contractual period.
