Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Divisions: Division-based criteria apply across all degrees. Applicants holding a 3rd division in their academic career are not eligible for Lecturer positions. For Teaching Assistants, preference will be given to candidates currently enrolled in relevant MS or PhD programs at KFUEIT.

2. Application Processing Fee: Applicants must upload a computer-generated paid bank challan of Rs. 1,000/- as an application processing fee for each applied post.

3. Data Accuracy: Candidates are solely responsible for ensuring the correctness of the information provided in the Online Application Form.

4. Interview Documents: Applicants must bring a printed copy of their submitted online application form along with one set of attested copies of all academic testimonials/documents to the interview.

5. No Postal Applications: Hard copies sent directly via post or courier before interviews are not required unless specified during the portal application process.

6. Position Flexibility: The total number of vacant positions will be determined by the university based on academic requirements.

7. Interview Schedule: Interviews for eligible applicants will take place on August 13, 2026.

3. Challan Generation & Payment: Generate the Rs. 1,000/- application processing fee challan from the portal, deposit the fee in the bank, and upload the paid receipt scan back to your portal profile.

4. Print Form: Print out the completed application form for your records and bring it along with document copies on the interview date.
