Terms & Conditions

• Contract Basis: Recruitment will be purely on a contract basis for a period of 01 year, extendable upon satisfactory performance and subject to approval by the competent authority.

• Merit & Regularization: All vacancies will be filled purely on merit. Appointments shall not be considered a case of Regularization or Seniority, and decisions cannot be challenged in any court of law.

• Domicile: Only candidates holding a valid Domicile of Sindh are eligible to apply.

• Regulatory Rules: Eligibility criteria for teaching positions shall be as per PM&DC regulations. Age criteria will be determined as per PM&DC regulations and Government of Sindh rules.

• Government Servants: Candidates currently working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel with departmental permission (NOC).

• Reserved Quotas: Quotas for Women, Minorities, Transgender persons, and Differently Abled Persons shall be observed as per applicable Sindh Government policies.

• Shortlisting & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending interviews.

• Credential Verification: All academic and professional documents will be subject to verification. Submission of fake or forged documents will result in immediate cancellation, termination, and legal action.

• SPSC Clause: If candidates are recommended for regular appointment through the Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC), contractual appointments will automatically terminate upon the joinings of regular candidates.
