Candidates must carefully review and adhere to the following eligibility criteria and rules:

Application Form: Candidates must apply using the prescribed application form downloadable from the university website (www.kkkuk.edu.pk) or available at the Office of the University Registrar.

Evaluation Fee Note: In addition to the regular application processing fee, an amount of Rs. 3,500/- must be deposited by applicants applying for the post of Associate Professor for the evaluation of research publications.

Required Documents: Applicants must submit attested copies of all degrees, diplomas, certificates, etc., along with two recent passport-size photographs.

Dossier Requirement (Associate Professor): Applicants for Associate Professor must prepare a dossier containing four copies of the application form, a list of research publications (showing names, journals, publication years, and online links), reprints of publications with title pages of journals, and a Curriculum Vitae (CV).

Government/Semi-Government Servants: Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Institutions must route applications through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer before the closing date.

Age Limits: Age limits shall be strictly followed as per the Statutes of the University.

Foreign Degrees: Candidates possessing foreign degrees/certificates must provide an Equivalency Certificate from HEC/IBCC before the closing date.

Academic Criteria: A CGPA of less than 3.00/4.00 will not be considered a First Division.

Separate Applications: Separate applications must be submitted for each individual post applied for.

Quota System: All reserved quota(s) will be observed as and when admissible. Special persons must submit a certificate regarding disability from the relevant office.

Allowances: No TA/DA will be paid for interviews. Only eligible candidates will be called for an interview.

Already Applied Note: Candidates who have already applied in response to the University's previous advertisement(s) for the above positions do not need to apply afresh; however, they may update their CVs with proof duly attested.
