The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Forest Department has announced exciting new career opportunities in the Mardan Forest Division. Applications are invited from eligible candidates holding a permanent domicile of District Mardan or District Swabi for a uniform-based field position. Recruitment will be carried out transparently through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

There are a total of 07 vacant positions distributed across the following quotas:

• Open Merit: 04 posts (Allocated specifically for Swabi District)

• Minority Quota: 01 post (Open to Mardan / Swabi)

• 30% Forest Owners / Local Quota (Gadoon/Guzara): 02 posts

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must strictly meet the following educational, age, and physical standard requirements to qualify for selection:

1. Educational Qualification

• Minimum Education: Intermediate (F.Sc / F.A) from a recognized Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) with at least a Science background.

• Important Note: Candidates holding only a DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) qualification are not eligible to apply for the Forest Guard position.

2. Age Limit

• Age Bracket: 18 to 25 years.

• Note: Official government age relaxation rules will apply where valid.

3. Physical Standards

As a field and uniform-based position, candidates must clear the following physical tests:

• Health: Must be completely free of any physical or mental disabilities.

• Height: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches ($5'\text{ }6''$).

• Chest Measurement: 34 inches with an expansion of 32 inches ($32'' \times 34''$).

• Physical Endurance Run: Must be able to complete a 3-kilometer run within 15 minutes.

How to Apply Step-by-Step via ETEA

1. Online Application: Interested candidates must visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk to complete their digital profile and application form.

2. Fee Generation: Upon successful form submission, an automated online deposit slip (containing a unique token number and project code) will be generated.

3. Fee Payment: Print out the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee at any designated UBL Bank branch, UBL Omni agent, EasyPaisa app, or JazzCash agent.

4. Keep Proof: Keep the original consumer copy of the paid deposit slip safely with you. Do not post or share it with anyone.

5. No Hardcopies Required: There is no need to send physical documents or certificates to the ETEA office at this stage. Documents will only be collected from successful candidates before interviews.

6. Key Dates: 

   1. Online registration opens on May 25, 2026.

   2. The final deadline to submit the online form and deposit the fee is June 20, 2026.

7. Roll Number Slips: Roll number slips and test details will be updated on the ETEA portal, and candidates will be notified via automated SMS. Ensure you use a mobile network number that is not converted/portable to avoid communication gaps.
