The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rozgar Support Program (KPK-RSP), operating under a public-private partnership initiative, is inviting applications from eligible male and female candidates possessing a Khyber Pakhtunkhwa domicile. Selected candidates will serve within their respective home districts across KPK. Positions are available for various administrative, field, and support roles with competitive remuneration packages. Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: Candidates must hold a valid domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

• Work Nature:

  • Posts at Sr. 1 and 2 offer remote/work-from-home options without affecting primary job duties. Individuals already employed in government or non-government sectors can also apply.

  • Post at Sr. 3 is project-based ("as per requirement") with remuneration based on project guidelines.

• Selection Threshold: Candidates obtaining 40% or higher in the written screening test will qualify for job assistance support (BPS-5 to BPS-15 scale equivalent roles or other employment facilitation).

• Test Fee: A non-refundable screening test fee of Rs. 600/- must be deposited via online deposit slip or bank portal.

• Roll Number Slip: Roll number slips will be issued on the official website on August 06, 2026.

• Benefits: Selected candidates will receive necessary training, limited medical and life insurance through State Life, and pension coverage under EOBI laws.

• No TA/DA: No Traveling Allowance or Daily Allowance will be provided for appearing in tests or interviews.

• Authority Rights: The advertising authority reserves the right to modify, increase, or decrease the number of posts or terms without prior notice.

How to Apply

1. Download Form & Fee Slip: Visit the official portal (www.epr.org.pk/career) to download the job application form and screening test fee deposit slip.

2. Deposit Fee: Pay the Rs. 600/- written screening test fee as instructed on the portal.

3. Select Test Center: Choose one preferred screening test center location on the application form from the following options:

   • Peshawar: Quaid-e-Azam Degree College, Faqeerabad

   • Abbottabad: Government High Secondary School No. 03

   • Dir Lower: Medical College of Nursing, Malakand University Road, Chakdara

   • Bannu: Iqra School and College, D.I. Khan Road

4. Submit Application: Submit the online application or send the completed physical application form along with the paid fee slip by post to the following address:
