The Office of the Hospital Director, Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH), Peshawar, invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and experienced candidates for various administrative, technical, and support staff positions. Khyber Teaching Hospital is an autonomous medical teaching institution operating under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015.

Terms & Conditions

• Contract Duration: All positions are offered on a 03-year performance-based extendable contract.

• Processing Fee (Non-Refundable):

  • Sr. # 01 to 02: Rs. 2,000/-

  • Sr. # 03 to 06: Rs. 1,000/-

  • Sr. # 07 & 08: Rs. 500/-

• Application Mode: Applications must be submitted through the designated portal followed by mailing hard copies via courier service. Emails or hand submissions will not be entertained.

• Multiple Applications: Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must submit separate application fees and separate application sets in individual envelopes.

• Government/Public Sector Employees: Candidates already serving in public or private sector organizations must submit their applications with a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) through the proper channel.

• Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.

• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/test. Shortlisting will be conducted based on written tests or qualifications as deemed appropriate by the institution.

• Document Verification: Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview.

• Quota: Quotas for minorities and disabled persons will be followed in accordance with applicable rules/regulations of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

• Affidavit: Selected candidates must submit an affidavit on judicial stamp paper stating that they shall not claim regularization of their services in any forum.

2. Fee Payment: Pay the non-refundable processing fee in the designated bank via Easypaisa, JazzCash, online banking, or other digital banking channels as instructed on the challan form.

3. Document Submission: Re-login to your account, download/print the completed application form, and attach attested copies of:

   • Covering Letter

   • Academic Credentials, Qualification & Experience Certificates

   • Domicile & CNIC

   • Two (02) recent passport-size photographs

   • Original bank deposit slip / bank draft

4. Courier Address: Send the complete application package via courier service to:
