The Kohsar University Murree (KUM), established under Act IX of 2020, has released an official recruitment advertisement (Advertisement No. 03/2026) inviting applications from Pakistani Nationals holding a Punjab Domicile. Terms & Conditions

• Domicile Eligibility: Only candidates holding a valid Punjab Domicile are eligible to apply.

• Application Mode: Applications submitted by hand or through email will not be accepted. Only applications received via registered courier service will be processed.

• Processing Fee:

  • A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 2,000/- is required for BS-17 to BS-19 posts.

  • Fee must be paid via Demand Draft / Pay Order in favor of "Treasurer Kohsar University Murree" or deposited online into Account No. 5002072064600050 (The Bank of Punjab). Postal Orders will not be accepted.

• Documentary Requirements: Each application must include two (02) sets of attested copies of degrees, transcripts, experience certificates, CNIC, and domicile.

• Government Servants: Applicants currently working in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel along with a NOC and Experience Certificates from previous/present employers.

• No Inquiry/NADA Certificate: Applicants must submit a "No Inquiry / No Audit Pending Certificate" from their current/previous organization.

• Quota System: Reserved quotas (Women, Disability, Minorities) will be observed as per Government of Punjab directions.

• Shortlisting & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.

How to Apply

1. Download the prescribed Application Form from the official website: www.kum.edu.pk.

2. Fill out all columns of the application form clearly (especially postal/email address and active mobile number).

3. Pay the non-refundable processing fee via Demand Draft/Pay Order or online bank deposit.

4. Prepare two complete, attested sets of all required credentials, including academic degrees/transcripts, experience certificates, NOC (if applicable), CNIC, domicile, and proof of fee transfer.

5. Clearly mark the name of the post applied for on the top right corner of the envelope.

6. Send the complete hard-copy dossier via courier to the official address provided below.
