Terms & Conditions

• Application Form Download: Candidates must download the prescribed Application Form from the university website (www.kum.edu.pk).

• Processing Fee: Applicants must submit a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 3,000/- for the post of Professor and Rs. 2,000/- for the posts of Assistant Professor and Lecturer via Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of "Treasurer, Kohsar University Murree" or deposit into University Account No. 5310217226400050 (The Bank of Punjab). Postal Orders will not be accepted.

• Document Dossiers: Applications must include three (03) attested sets of all degrees, detail marks certificates (DMCs) preferably attested by HEC/concerned Board, experience certificates, NOC, Domicile, CNIC, and recent passport-size photographs.

• Additional Requirements for Professor: Applicants for the post of Professor must submit a track data USB drive containing soft copies of all credentials, publications, etc., alongside their dossiers.

• Quota Reservation: Quotas for women, disabled candidates, and minorities will be observed as per Government of Punjab directions.

• Shortlisting & TA/DA: Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible.

• Ineligible Applications: Applications submitted without hard copies, processing fee receipts, or required documents will not be processed.

2. Pay the non-refundable processing fee (Rs. 3,000 for Professor; Rs. 2,000 for Assistant Professor/Lecturer) via Pay Order/Demand Draft or BOP bank deposit.

3. Prepare three (03) attested sets of all educational and professional documents, CNIC, NOC (if serving), domicile, and photos.

4. Applicants applying for more than one post must submit separate application forms with separate processing fees.

5. Send the hard copies of your complete application package via courier service to:
