Kohsar University Murree, established under Act IB of 2020, invites applications from eligible Pakistani nationals holding a Punjab Domicile for administrative positions on a regular basis. Terms & Conditions

• Domicile Eligibility: Only candidates possessing a valid Punjab domicile are eligible to apply.

• Incomplete / Late Applications: Hand-delivered, email, late, or incomplete applications will not be processed.

• Processing Fee: A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 2,000/- for BS-17 to BS-19 posts must be submitted via Demand Draft / Pay Order in favor of "Treasurer Kohsar University Murree" or deposited directly into Account No. 0010172264600020, The Bank of Punjab. Postal orders will not be accepted.

• Document Attestation: Applications must include two (02) sets of attested copies of degrees, Detailed Marks Certificates (DMC), experience certificates, NOC from current employer, domicile, and CNIC.

• Government Employees: Candidates working in regular, acting, officiating, ad-hoc, or contract capacity must apply through the proper channel along with an NOC.

• Foreign Degrees & Transcripts: Applicants with foreign degrees must submit an HEC Equivalency Certificate. Documents in languages other than English must include official translations.

• Quota System: Quotas for women, disabled individuals, and minorities will be observed per Punjab Government policy. Unfilled quota seats will convert to open merit if eligible candidates are unavailable.

• Shortlisting & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews. No TA/DA will be paid.

• Download the prescribed Application Form from the university website at www.kum.edu.pk.

• Complete the application form and attach two (02) sets of attested documents, two passport-sized photographs, proof of fee payment, NOC (if applicable), and experience certificates.

• Write the title of the post clearly on the top right side of the envelope.

• Applicants applying for more than one position must submit separate forms with separate processing fee receipts.

• Send the completed application file via registered mail/courier to:
