Terms & Conditions

• Application Form & Hard Copies: Applicants are required to download the prescribed application form from the university website (www.kum.edu.pk) and submit hard copies along with required academic transcripts, degrees, and supporting documents.

• Document Attestation: Applications must be accompanied by three (03) attested sets of degree copies, HEC/the concerned Board equivalence certificates, experience certificates, NOC, CNIC, and recent passport-size photographs.

• USB Submission: Applicants must submit a data-in-USB drive containing soft copies of all their credentials, with appropriately labeled folders, such as Academic Credentials, Experience Certificates, Publications, etc..

• Application Fee: A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 3,000/- is required for Professor and Rs. 2,000/- for Assistant Professor and Lecturer posts via original Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of "Treasurer, Kohsar University Murree".

• In-Service Candidates: Serving government or autonomous organization employees must apply through proper channel and attach a departmental NOC.

• Age Limit & Relaxation: Minimum and maximum age limits are observed on the closing date of application submission, with age relaxation applicable as per Government of Punjab rules.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview attendance.

How to Apply

1. Download the job application form and fee challan details from the official Kohsar University Murree website at www.kum.edu.pk.

2. Deposit the required processing fee into "Treasurer, Kohsar University Murree," Account No. 5210017239400058, The Bank of Punjab, and attach the original payment proof.

3. Prepare three (03) complete sets of application dossiers containing attested copies of academic degrees, transcripts, CNIC, Domicile, experience certificates, and a USB drive containing soft copies.

4. Clearly indicate the name of the post applied for on the top right side of the envelope.
