• Registrar (BS-20)

General Eligibility Criteria

To maintain high governance and administrative standards, Kohsar University Murree has outlined clear qualification and experience prerequisites across these roles:

1. Educational Qualifications

• Advanced Degree Holders: Candidates must possess either a Ph.D., an MS, or an M.Phil. degree in a relevant discipline (such as Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration for the Treasurer role; general academic disciplines for Registrar and Controller roles) from an institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

• Graduate Degree Holders: Alternatively, a Master’s degree or a BS (2nd Division) in a related field from an HEC-recognized university is acceptable when paired with more extensive administrative experience. For the financial positions, professional credentials like an MBA (Finance), M.Com., ACCA, or ACMA are eligible.

2. Experience Requirements

• For Ph.D. Holders: A minimum of 08 years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in a public/private university or an HEC-recognized organization.

• For MS / M.Phil. Holders: A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification teaching or administrative experience in a public/private higher education institution or public sector body.

• For Master's / BS Holders: A minimum of 12 years of post-qualification administrative or professional experience in a recognized university or relevant public sector setup.

3. Age Limit & Domicile

• Age Bracket: Candidates must be between 40 to 50 years of age. (Relaxation in upper age limits may be granted to outstanding candidates as per Government of Punjab rules).

• Domicile: Only candidates holding a valid Punjab Domicile are eligible to apply.

Important Instructions & How to Apply

• Dual Application Method: Candidates must first apply online through the university's job portal (jobs.kum.edu.pk) and then submit a hard copy of the printed application form along with a detailed CV and required documents.

• Application Dossier: You must send three duly bound copies of your application dossier including attested copies of transcripts/degrees, experience certificates, CNIC, Punjab domicile, and two recent passport-size photographs.

• Application Fee: A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 3,000/- must be deposited via pay order/bank draft drawn in favor of the Treasurer, Kohsar University Murree.

• Submission Mode: Applications must be sent strictly via Post/Courier service. By-hand submissions will not be entertained.

• Government Servants: Applicants currently working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and submit a Fresh NOC from their current employer.
