Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the following qualification, certification, and age requirements to be considered for selection:

EPI Vaccinator (05 Positions)

• Educational Qualification: At least a Second Division Secondary School Certificate (Matriculation) in Science from a recognized educational board.

• Professional Certification: Must hold a valid professional diploma from the Faculty of Paramedics & Allied Health Sciences KP Peshawar (FPAHS) in Health Technology.

• Age Limit: 18 to 32 years.

• Monthly Salary: Fixed pay of Rs. 40,000/- per month.

Important Terms & Conditions

• Quota Allocation: Standard quotas apply, including a 10% quota for female candidates, a 5% quota for minorities, and a 2% quota for disabled applicants.

• NADRA Identity Verification: Before completing the application or paying the deposit fee, candidates must generate an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and verify their CNIC at a NADRA E-Sahulat kiosk. Unverified accounts will not be processed.

• Testing Phase: Candidates are provisionally permitted to sit for the ETEA screening test. In-depth verification of credentials will be executed later by the appointing health authority.

• Government Servants: Applicants currently working in public sector departments or autonomous bodies must route their profiles using the proper institutional channels.

• Interview Requirements: Shortlisted candidates must bring original academic documents, CNIC, and attested photocopies to the interview. Document verification fees will be paid by the respective candidate.

• Travel Allowance: No TA/DA is admissible for the test or interview phases.

How to Apply Step-by-Step via ETEA

1. Digital Registration: Visit the official portal at www.etea.edu.pk to create or log in to your testing profile.

2. Online Form: Apply for the EPI Vaccinator position through your active dashboard. The online application form will be active starting 10th June, 2026.

3. Fee Slips: Print the system-generated online deposit slip featuring your personal project codes and unique token number.

4. Fee Payment: Pay the non-refundable test processing fee using the EasyPaisa app/agent or at any branch of UBL Bank / UBL Omni agent. Keep your original stamped customer receipt safe.

5. Dossier Submission: Do not mail your physical educational testimonials to the ETEA office. Documents will only be collected from candidates who successfully clear the screening test.

6. Application Deadline: The last date to complete your online form and clear the transaction fee is 30th June, 2026.

7. Roll Number Slips: ETEA will notify candidates via automated SMS alerts to download their Roll Number Slips from the web portal. Keep your registered mobile network active and un-ported.
