The KP Safe Cities Project is inviting online applications from eligible bonafide candidates and domicile holders of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Merged Districts for various vacant positions. This recruitment drive offers dynamic government job opportunities in IT, cybersecurity, network management, database administration, software engineering, and office maintenance. General Terms & Conditions

1. Provisional Screening: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. Detailed scrutiny of documents will be conducted by the appointing authority, and any candidate found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified.

2. Profile & Verification: Candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website. Before submitting the application or fee, candidates must print an e-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and get their CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Applications cannot be submitted without this verification.

3. Shortlisting: Candidates qualifying the ETEA test will be screened for eligibility, and interview call letters will be issued only to shortlisted candidates.

4. Government Rules: Age relaxation is admissible as per existing government rules. Candidates currently serving in Government or Semi-Government bodies must apply through proper channels.

5. Multiple Applications: Applicants applying for more than one post must submit separate online application forms and pay separate fees for each position.

6. Foreign Degrees: Candidates with foreign degrees must provide equivalency certificates issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

7. Disqualification: Providing misinformation, submitting incomplete applications, or failing to fulfill any stated condition will lead to automatic rejection at any stage. No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.

8. Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application, alter the number of posts, or rectify errors/omissions.

How to Apply

1. Online Registration: Visit the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk to fill out and submit the online application form.

2. Deposit Slip: After successfully submitting the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip featuring a token number, project code, and candidate details will be generated.

3. Fee Payment: Print the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa App/Agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.

4. Keep Proof: Retain the original candidate copy of the stamped deposit slip. Do not share it with anyone.

5. Document Submission: Do not mail hard copies of documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Only candidates who pass the screening test will be required to submit physical documents for scrutiny when called upon.

6. Roll No. Slips & Test Details: Candidates will be notified via SMS by ETEA to download their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Please ensure your mobile number is not ported to another network. Test dates, times, and venues will be specified on the Roll No. Slips. No separate physical call letters will be sent via post or courier.
