How to Apply for KPITB Jobs 2026

The application process is managed through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA). Follow these steps to submit your application:

1. Register Online: Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk to create your profile and apply for your desired post.

2. CNIC Verification: After creating your profile, print the E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and get your CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat kiosk.

3. Deposit Fee: Once the online application is submitted, a prescribed deposit slip will be generated. You can pay the non-refundable test fee via the Easypaisa app, an Easypaisa agent, or any branch of UBL Bank.

4. Keep Proof of Payment: Retain the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with a bank stamp for your records. Do not send physical documents to the ETEA office at this stage.

5. Roll Number Slips: Candidates will be notified via SMS to download their Roll Number Slips from the ETEA website, which will contain the test date, time, and venue.

General Terms and Conditions

• Age Relaxation: Upper age limits are specified for each post, but general age relaxation is applicable as per Government of KP rules.

• Government Employees: Candidates already working in government or semi-government sectors must apply through the proper channel.

• Multiple Applications: If applying for more than one post, candidates must submit separate applications and fees for each.

• Screening Test: Candidates will initially appear for an ETEA screening test. Detailed scrutiny of documents will only be conducted for those who pass the test and are shortlisted for interviews.
