The Forest Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar Forest Division, Nowshera, has announced recruitment for the post of Forest Guard (BPS-08) under the provincial government recruitment policy. Applications are invited through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) portal from eligible candidates holding domiciles in District Peshawar, District Charsadda, and District Nowshera. Terms & Conditions

• Physical Standards Requirements:

  • Height: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches.

  • Chest: Minimum 34–36 inches.

  • Physical Running Test: Must cover a distance of 3 kilometers in 15 minutes.

  • Health: Candidates must be physically and medically fit.

• Educational Qualification: Intermediate (Science) or equivalent diploma/certificate from a recognized board.

• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years. Upper age relaxation will be granted as per existing government rules.

• Training & Bond Condition: Selected Forest Guards must undergo training at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School, Thai, Abbottabad. If a candidate leaves the job before completing 5 years of service, they will be bound to refund all training expenses.

• Mandatory Clearance & Certificates: Selected candidates must submit a Police Clearance Certificate from the police department. Foreign degrees must have an Equivalence Certificate issued by the HEC, and all submitted educational degrees will undergo verification.

• Government Employees: Candidates serving in government or semi-government organizations must apply through proper channels.

• Shortlisting & TA/DA: Only candidates qualifying the physical standards will be allowed to take the test. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. No TA/DA will be paid.

How to Apply

1. Online Profile Creation: Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk and create an online candidate profile.

2. NADRA e-Sahulat Verification: Print the registration/E-Sahulat token and get your CNIC verified at any NADRA e-Sahulat kiosk before submitting the test fee.

3. Fee Payment: Print the generated fee deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee at any UBL branch, EasyPaisa app, or UBL Omni agent. Keep the original paid deposit slip safely.

4. No Document Dispatch: Do not send hard copies of documents or application forms to the ETEA office. Educational documents will be checked at the time of the interview for qualifying candidates.

5. Roll Number Slips: Download and print your roll number slip directly from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates will receive notifications via SMS.
