  • Department: Hazara Tribal Forest Division Battagram

  • Total Posts: 03 Positions (02 General Merit [70% Quota], 01 Local Guzara Forest Rights Holders [30% Quota])

  • Age Limit: 18 to 25 Years

  • Educational Qualification: Intermediate Science (F.Sc) from any recognized educational board.

  • Physical Standards:

    • Height: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches

    • Chest: Minimum 32 to 34 inches

    • Physical Endurance Test: 3 Kilometer run within 15 minutes

    • Health Standard: Must be free from any physical disability or handicap.

Terms & Conditions

• ETEA Profile Creation: Applicants must create a profile on the official ETEA portal. Before paying the fee, candidates must print their E-Sahulat token and get their CNIC/token verified via NADRA E-Sahulat (kiosk). Applications without NADRA verification will not be entertained.

• Merit-Based Selection: All appointments will be made strictly on merit as per existing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government rules and quota regulations.

• Verification & Screening: Credentials will be scrutinized at any stage. Candidates providing false information or failing screening tests will be disqualified immediately.

• Interview & Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview stage.

• Communication: Notifications regarding interview schedules and updates will be communicated via SMS. Candidates are advised to keep their mobile numbers active and non-ported.

• Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be granted in accordance with prevailing government rules.

• Government Employees: Candidates serving in Government or Semi-Government departments must apply through proper channels with counter-signed experience certificates from the head of the organization. Experience from private organizations will not be accepted.

• Training Commitment: Selected candidates for Forest Guard posts must undergo a mandatory 01-year training program at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School, Abbottabad. Candidates leaving job/training before 03 years will be liable to refund training expenses.

• Equal Equivalence: Candidates with foreign degrees must produce an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

• Quota Regulations: 70% seats are allocated to general open merit, while 30% are allocated to local Guzara forest rights holders. If eligible rights holders are unavailable, those positions will be merged into open merit.

• Posting Location: Selected candidates will be liable to serve anywhere within the jurisdiction of Hazara Tribal Forest Division.

• TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Dearness Allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for tests or interviews.

4. Verify your CNIC / token through any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise kiosk.

5. Deposit the non-refundable test fee at any EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or UBL / UBL Omni agent/branch.

6. Keep the original stamped bank deposit slip safely; do not post hard copies of documents to the ETEA office initially. Hard copy documents will only be called from successful candidates after tests.

7. Download and print your Roll Number Slip directly from www.etea.edu.pk once notified via SMS.
