• ETEA Profile Verification: It is mandatory for all applicants to create a profile on the ETEA website and verify their CNIC number through a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk by printing an E-Sahulat token before submitting their fee. Without this verification, applications will remain dynamically blocked.

• Regulations & Pay: Recruitment and salaries will be governed strictly under the prevailing rules and regulations of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

• Screening Tests: All candidates must pass the designated physical or academic screening test. Any candidate found ineligible or disqualified at any stage of scrutiny by the competent authority will be removed from the process immediately.

• Test/Interview Communication: Test and interview details will be communicated exclusively via SMS. Candidates must keep their mobile numbers active and avoid changing or converting their networks.

• Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be granted in accordance with existing government rules and regulations.

• Experience Validity: Only experience certificates issued by government, semi-government, or public sector projects—duly countersigned by the head of the respective organization—will be accepted. Private sector experience will not be considered.

• Incomplete/Late Applications: Applications received after the closing date or those remaining incomplete will be rejected.

• Travel Expenses: No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided to candidates appearing for the test or interview.

• Forest Guard Training Contract: Selected Forest Guards must successfully complete training at the Forest School, Thai Abbottabad. Candidates leaving the training before its 3-year completion will be legally bound to refund all training expenses.
