The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Forest Department, Siran Forest Division, has announced fresh career opportunities for enthusiastic and physically fit individuals. Applications are invited from qualified candidates residing within the designated areas of the province to fill these valuable government positions through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

• Forest Guard (BPS-08)

(Total Positions: 24 | Breakdown: 70% General Merit = 16, 30% Local Forest Users/Rights Holders Quota = 07, Minority Quota = 01)

Terms & Conditions

• Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 to 25 years old. Age relaxation will be provided according to current government rules.

• Educational Criteria: Minimum Intermediate in Science (F.Sc.) from a recognized and board-registered educational institution.

• Physical Standards:

  • Minimum Height: 5 feet 6 inches

  • Chest Measurement: Minimum 32–34 inches

  • Physical Endurance: Must be able to run 3 kilometers in 15 minutes.

  • Candidates must be free from any form of physical disability.

• Shortlisting: Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for tests and interviews. Test dates, times, and venues will be specified on the roll number slips.

• Quota Eligibility: The 30% quota is strictly reserved for individuals who are local forest users or have recognized rights in the respective forest division.

• General Rules: No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview. Government or semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel.

How to Apply

Interested candidates meeting the criteria can apply online by executing the following steps through ETEA:

1. Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk to create your profile.

2. Fill out the online application form for the Forest Guard position (Forms available starting July 7, 2026).

3. After completing the form, download and print the system-generated fee deposit slip.

4. Deposit the prescribed, non-refundable test fee at any branch of UBL Bank, UBL Omni agent, or via EasyPaisa app.

5. Keep the original deposit slip safe with you; do not send any hard-copy documents or slips to the ETEA office.

6. Roll number slips can be downloaded from the ETEA website once announced, and candidates will also be notified via SMS.
