• Recruitment Policy: All appointments will be made in accordance with the prevailing recruitment policy, rules, and regulations of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

• Minority Quota: Positions are strictly reserved for candidates belonging to minority communities who possess the domicile of the respective district.

• Shortlisting & Interviews: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.

• Document Verification: Candidates must present original educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, and other relevant documents at the time of the interview.

• Government Servants: Candidates already working in government departments must apply through the proper channel and submit a departmental No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.

• Age & Qualification Determination: The upper age limit, educational qualification, and experience will be calculated as of the closing date for receipt of applications.

• TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Dearness Allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.

• Disqualification: Providing false information or fake/forged documents will lead to immediate disqualification at any stage of the recruitment process.

• Authority Decision: The decision of the competent authority will be final and unchallengeable.
