• Eligibility & Age Limit: Candidates must fulfill all criteria and satisfy the prescribed age limit as calculated on the closing date for application submission.

• Application Details: Applicants must write the post serial number and post title on both the application form and the top right corner of the envelope.

• Multiple Posts: Candidates applying for more than one position must submit separate application packages in separate envelopes.

• Incomplete Applications: Applications that are incomplete, filled with incorrect information, or received after the due date will not be entertained.

• Test & Interview Calls: Only shortlisted candidates will receive call letters for the test/interview. Shortlisted applicants must present original credentials at the time of the interview.

• Disqualification: Providing false information or forged documents will result in immediate disqualification at any stage of the recruitment process.

• Government Employees: Candidates serving in government or semi-government institutions must submit their applications through proper administrative channels.

• Department Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without specifying any reason.

• Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the test or interview.

• Quota Policy: Minority quotas will be implemented according to the prevailing Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa policy.
