The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife Department, Kohat Wildlife Division, has announced latest career opportunities for eligible candidates domicile holders of Kohat, Karak, and Hangu districts. Online applications are invited through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) for regular vacancies including Junior Scale Stenographer and Wildlife Watcher positions. Interested applicants seeking government jobs in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are encouraged to apply online before the closing date.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Provisional Test Appearance: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on credentials provided. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and ineligible candidates will be disqualified at any stage.

2. Profile & CNIC Verification: Candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website. Before applying or depositing fees, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and verify their CNIC No. from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Application submission requires this verification.

3. Shortlisting & Screening: Candidates qualifying the ETEA test will be screened for eligibility. Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.

4. Government Employees: Candidates working in Government or Semi-Government departments must apply through the proper channel. Age relaxation will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.

5. Posting & Training: Appointed Wildlife Watchers (BPS-07) will be posted anywhere within the jurisdiction of Kohat Wildlife Division. After final selection, Wildlife Watchers must undergo compulsory training at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School Thai Abbottabad.

6. Verification of Documents: Academic documents of selected candidates will be verified from the concerned Board/University by the candidate at their own cost.

7. Quota & Vacancy Changes: Minority quota will be observed as per Government Rules. The number of vacancies may increase or decrease.

8. General Rules: Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained. No TA/DA is admissible for the test or interview. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel or reject any application with assigned reasons.

How to Apply

1. Online Application: Eligible candidates must visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk and submit their applications online.

2. Deposit Slip Generation: After successfully submitting the online application form, a prescribed online deposit slip (containing token number, project code, and personal details) will be generated.

3. Fee Payment: Take a printout of the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee via the EasyPaisa app/agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.

4. Keep Payment Proof: Retain the original candidate copy of the stamped deposit slip. Do not share it with anyone.

5. No Hard Copies Required Initially: Do not send hard copies of documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Copies of documents will be required only from candidates who qualify the screening test when requested for scrutiny.

6. Roll No. Slips: Candidates will be notified via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates must not use ported/converted mobile numbers. Test date, time, and venue details will be specified on the Roll No. Slip. No separate call letters will be issued via postal or courier service.
