• Qualification: * Minimum 2nd Division Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.

  • Candidates with a 3rd Division Bachelor's are eligible only if they hold a higher division in a Master's degree.

• Age Limit: 21 to 30 years (reckoned as of Jan 1, 2026).

  • Note: There is a general relaxation mentioned in the terms that may extend the upper limit to 35 years for specific exam years.
