Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: In all cases, eligibility shall be determined in accordance with the Service Rules and Instructions of the Provincial Government/Department and Commission Regulations, 2017.

• Domicile & Information: Candidates holding a valid domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are eligible. Information provided in the online application will be treated as final.

• Documents: Hard copies of documents are not required at the time of application submission. Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit attested documents within 15 days of the result announcement.

• Government Servants: Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies must obtain and produce a Departmental Permission Certificate (DPC / NOC) through proper channels.

• Age Limit & Relaxation: Age will be calculated as of the closing date of the advertisement. General age relaxations apply per rules for disabled candidates, government servants, minority quotas, and specified backward areas.

• Passing Threshold: The passing threshold for ability/screening tests is 33% marks.

• Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- (excluding service charges) must be deposited via 1Bill Option available in all Banking Apps (NBP, HBL, ABL, BOK, BOP, etc.) or Microfinance Apps (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Upaisa, etc.).

• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in tests or interviews.

5. Submit the application form online before the closing time.
