• Governing Rules: The services of selected candidates will be governed by the Rules and Regulations of the Medical Teaching Institution Reform Act, 2015 (and its subsequent amendments).

• Government/Civil Servants: Candidates currently working as civil servants, in government service, or with other institutions must resign from their existing posts if selected at LRH-MTI.

• Incomplete Applications: Hand-delivered applications, incomplete profiles, or documents received after the due date will not be entertained.

• No Influence: Any attempt to influence or approach the selection committee will result in automatic disqualification of the candidate.

• Selection Decision: The decision of the selection committee, approved by the Board of Governors (BoG), will be final and binding. No correspondence regarding the process will be entertained after the final decision.

• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
