A leading Karachi-based company is seeking seasoned legal professionals for its Legal Department to provide high-quality advisory and risk assessment services.

1. Deputy General Manager (DGM) Legal – Corporate & Regulatory Affairs

The DGM will report to the Head of Legal and manage a team of lawyers.

• Key Responsibilities: Oversee oil/gas projects, real estate, shipping, joint ventures, and banking/financing legalities. Represent the firm before quasi-judicial/regulatory forums.

• Education: Law Degree from an HEC recognized university. (Solicitor, Bar-at-law, or L.L.M. preferred).

• Experience: 8–10 years of professional experience, with 5–7 years in a similar middle management role.

• Age Limit: Preferably not more than 45 years.

2. Junior Management Position – Legal

This role focuses on litigation monitoring and contract vetting.

• Key Responsibilities: Handle court cases through external counsel, vet MOUs and agreements, and review inquiry reports/show cause notices.

• Education: Law Degree from an HEC recognized university. (Solicitor, Bar-at-law, or L.L.M. preferred).

• Experience: 3–4 years of professional experience, with 1–2 years in a similar senior equivalent role.

• Age Limit: Preferably not more than 33 years.
