General Eligibility & Requirements

Prospective candidates must meet the following general criteria for appointment:

• Educational Background: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or higher degree (Law, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or Management Sciences) from a reputable local HEC recognized university or international university.

• Professional Experience: * Required experience ranges from 2 to 10 years depending on the seniority of the post.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with specific experience in the Power Sector.

  • Expertise in bilateral contracts, regulatory affairs, transmission planning tools (PSS/E or ETAP), or demand forecasting is highly valued.

• Age Limits: * Up to 50 years for Managerial roles.

  • Up to 45 years for Deputy Manager roles.

  • Up to 32 years for Assistant Manager roles.

• Employment Nature: These positions are purely contractual, non-pensionable, and carry no long-term benefits. They will not be converted into permanent positions at any stage.

• Probation: All appointments are subject to a six-month probation period.
