The Lahore Electric Supply Company Limited (LESCO) has announced exciting new career opportunities on a contract basis. Licensed to distribute and supply electricity to over 7.28 million consumers across Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara, and Nankana Districts, LESCO is seeking qualified and dynamic professionals to join its team.
The recruitment process is being managed through M/s Open Testing Service (OTS). Below are the complete details regarding the positions, eligibility criteria, and application process.
Available Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria
1. Assistant Manager (Communication / Network)

Equivalent to BPS: 17

Number of Posts: 01 – Punjab (Open Merit)

Required Qualification & Experience: 16 years of education or a Master’s degree in IT, Computer/Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Candidates must have achieved at least a 60% score or equivalent marks from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

Age Limit: Up to 35 years as of the closing date.
2. Network Support Engineer

Equivalent to BPS: 16

Number of Posts: 01 – Punjab (Open Merit)

Required Qualification & Experience: 16 years of education or a Master’s degree in IT, Computer/Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or an IT-related discipline. Candidates must have at least a 60% score or equivalent marks from an HEC-recognized university.

Age Limit: Up to 33 years as of the closing date.
Instructions & General Conditions

Job Nature: All appointments are purely on an open contract basis with a 6-month probation period. These are market-based lump sum package positions, non-pensionable, with no long-term benefits, and will not be converted into permanent positions at a later stage.

Test Fee: OTS will charge 50% of the test fee openly from the applicant, and the remaining 50% will be covered by LESCO. Therefore, each applicant will only pay Rs. 80/- to the testing agency.

Minimum Passing Marks: Candidates must score at least 50% in the written test to pass.

Step 2: Pay the Test Fee
Download the prescribed Bank Challan from the OTS website. Pay the test fee of Rs. 80/- at any branch of Bank Alfalah, HBL, or Habib Metropolitan Bank.
Step 3: Dispatch Application via Courier
