General Eligibility Criteria & Rules

To qualify for the LESCO Internship Program, applicants must satisfy the following unified academic requirements and terms:

• Institution Status: Only students currently enrolled in universities or colleges recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) are eligible to apply.

• Academic Standing: The program is strictly for students in the final year of their graduation (BSc Engineering / Bachelor's) or Master's degree programs matching the respective departments.

• Minimum Academic Threshold: Candidates must possess a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 CGPA (or its academic equivalent) in their previous semesters or academic year. This must be evidenced by an official transcript or certificate duly attested by their respective institution.

• Equal Opportunity: Selection for the internship program will be made strictly on merit, without any discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, color, religion, marital status, or disability.

• Company Rights: LESCO reserves the absolute right to withhold, modify, or cancel the internship offers for any applicant at any stage without assigning any reason.

Monthly Stipend: Selected interns will receive a fixed financial stipend of Rs. 30,000 per month for the entire 2-month duration.
