Terms and Conditions

1. Provisional Screening: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA Screening Test based on provided credentials. Detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the Appointing Authority, and ineligible candidates will be disqualified at any stage.

2. Profile & Verification: Applicants must create a profile on ETEA’s website. Before applying or depositing fees, candidates must print an E-Sahulat Token from the ETEA portal and verify their CNIC number via any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk).

3. Subsequent Screening: Candidates qualifying the ETEA Test shall subsequently be screened for eligibility relevance.

4. Interview Call Letters: Call letters for interviews will be issued strictly to shortlisted candidates.

5. Eligibility Deadline: Candidates must fulfill all eligibility criteria on or before the closing date for application submission.

6. Rejection Criteria: Incomplete applications, late submissions, or applications with fake/forged documents and information will be rejected at any stage.

7. Government Employees: Applicants currently employed in Government or Semi-Government bodies must apply through proper channels. Separate applications and fees are required if applying for multiple posts.

How to Apply

2. Upon successful online submission, print the generated Online Deposit Slip (containing Token Number, Project Code, and personal details).

3. Deposit the non-refundable test fee via the EasyPaisa app/agent or at any branch of UBL Bank using the deposit slip.

4. Retain the original candidate copy of the deposit slip stamped by the bank and do not share it with anyone.

5. Do not send physical documents or testimonials to the ETEA office. Qualified candidates will submit copies of documents when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny.

6. Roll Number Slips, test date, time, and venue details will be made available on www.etea.edu.pk, and candidates will be notified via SMS (ensure mobile numbers are not ported/converted). No separate call letters will be issued via post.
