Nature of Appointment: Teachers will be appointed purely on a part-time, time-bound, honorary, or contract basis for an initial period of one (01) year. This may be extended based on satisfactory performance up to the completion of the project within the specific Union Council of permanent residence.

Gender Quota: A structured quota is enforced with 60% of seats reserved for Female candidates and 40% reserved for Male candidates matching the respective NFE Elementary Schools.

Age Limit: Applicants must be between 20 to 55 years of age.

Gender Eligibility: Open to Male, Female, and Transgender candidates.

Domicile Requirement: Only candidates holding a valid Punjab domicile are eligible to apply.

CNIC: Possession of a valid Computerized National Identity Card is compulsory.

Remuneration: Selected educators will receive a fixed monthly salary of Rs. 20,000/month.

Center Establishment: The selected teacher is responsible for arranging one room of a suitable size to establish the educational center.

Authority Rights: The Literacy & NFBE Department retains the absolute right to increase or decrease the number of available vacancies in any district.

Step 1 (Online Registration): Eligible candidates must visit the official portal of the Literacy & NFBE Department at https://literacy.punjab.gov.pk/ to submit their registration online.

Step 2 (Student Enrollment Condition): To complete the registration process, the candidate is bound to register a minimum of twenty (20) Out-of-School Children (below elementary level) between the ages of 10 to 16 years from their local community. Failure to do so will result in an incomplete registration.

Step 4 (Submission Mode): Only applications submitted completely online will be accepted. Applications delivered by hand, via courier, or through postal mail services will be rejected.
