The Livestock and Dairy Development (Extension) Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has issued an official recruitment notice for temporary positions under the provincial development project "Integrated Livestock Development Program Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Phase-I)". Applications are invited from eligible male and female candidates holding permanent domicile in the settled districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Recruitment will be made purely on a contractual basis according to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project Policy 2022. Terms & Conditions

1. Policy & Basis: Recruitment will be purely on a contract basis against fixed project pay scales under the Govt of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project Policy 2022.

2. Shortlisting & Interview Notification: Eligible shortlisted candidates will be informed regarding interview schedules via SMS or call.

3. Age & Experience Calculation: Age, educational qualifications, and work experience will be calculated up to the application deadline.

4. Qualifications: Only qualification and experience credentials submitted along with the application will be considered.

5. Contact Information: Applicants must clearly write their active phone number and complete postal delivery address on the application.

6. No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance will be provided for attending test/interview sessions.

7. Multiple Posts: Candidates applying for more than one vacancy must submit separate, complete applications for each position.

8. Required Documents: Applications must include attested copies of CNIC, educational documents/transcripts, experience certificates (if any), and 2 passport-size photographs.

9. Interview Attendance: Absent candidates during interview proceedings will be automatically excluded from further consideration.

10. Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves full right to cancel or postpone the recruitment process at any stage.

11. Posting Placement: Drivers will be posted in any settled district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa according to project needs (PC-I), while Naib Qasid and Sweeper staff will be posted at the Head Office.

12. Corrections: The department reserves the right to rectify any unintentional errors or omissions in the advertisement.
