Online applications are invited from eligible male and female candidates having a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (including merged areas) for multiple project-based positions at the Directorate General (Research), Livestock & Dairy Development Department, Peshawar. These jobs are offered purely on a temporary basis and on a fixed pay package (all-inclusive) under the project titled "Pharmaceutical HVAC Installation for High Efficiency Particulate Air, A Step Towards Fulfillment of DRAP Requirement for Vaccine Registration (Phase-1, 2025-2028)" in accordance with the prevailing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project Policy.

Terms & Conditions

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on credentials provided; detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority, and any candidate found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified.

2. All candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website and verify their CNIC via NADRA E-Sahulat token (from ETEA’s website) before applying or depositing fees.

3. Candidates qualifying the ETEA screening test will subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of eligibility criteria.

4. Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.

5. Recruitment shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project Policy and other relevant Government rules and instructions.

6. Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of applications.

7. Applications received after due dates, incomplete applications, or applications submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.

8. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.

9. Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel and provide a Departmental NOC before the DSC at the time of the interview. Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately with separate fee payments.

10. The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof.

11. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview appearance.

12. Candidates possessing foreign degrees must provide an equivalence certificate issued by HEC, Pakistan, at the time of document scrutiny or whenever required.

13. Errors and omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) website at www.etea.edu.pk to complete online registration.

2. After successful submission of the online application, print the generated prescribed online deposit slip (containing token number, Project code, and candidate's personal information).

3. Deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easypaisa app/agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.

4. Keep the original bank-stamped deposit slip (candidate copy) safe and do not share it with anyone.

5. Do not send documents or testimonials to the ETEA office after applying online; copies of testimonials/documents will be required later from test-qualified candidates for scrutiny.

6. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. (Ensure your mobile number is not ported/converted).

7. Test date, time, and venue details will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip. No separate call letter will be issued through postal/courier means.
